WHAT IS A DIGITAL PLANNER?

A digital planner is an organizational tool, just like a paper planner, but more powerful! It’s a digital file, here in my shop all of them come in PDF format, with coded hyperlinks ready for you to jump from one section to another. This is amazing because with the ease of a click you can go to the monthly calendars, to the week you want, and to the day of your choice 🙂

A digital planner is not an app on itself, you need an app to run the planner and be able to do all the amazing things you can, like writing on it, typing text, adding images and stickers, highlighting and erasing text, etc.

What app can you use?

That depends on your device(s)…

  • For iOS; iPad, iPhone or Mac: GoodNotes, Noteshelf, Notability, PDF Viewer, Xodo, and Zoom Notes.
  • For Android: Noteshelf, Xodo, PDF Viewer, or Draw Board.
  • For Windows: Xodo, Kami, Adobe Acrobat, or PDF Reader by Kadan.
  • Web-based, and for any combination of the above: Xodo, or Kami.

Each app is different, and sometimes the interface changes from device to device. So don’t worry if you got to try a couple of apps before finding the right one 😉

CAN I SYNC MY PLANNER…?

1 | Can I sync my planner among the rest of my devices?

Yes, as long as you have the same app installed on all of them and activate on the app’s settings the syncing feature. Depending on the app, you can sync through iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, and even OneDrive.

if your devices don’t allow you to have the same app installed, you won’t be able to do the syncing, unless you use a web-based app.

2 | Can I sync my dates and plans with my Google Calendar or iCal?

As of today, that’s not possible because the planner is a PDF file, not an app on itself

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Click the button ‘Add to Cart’
  2. Once you added all the goodies you want to get, go to the cart page and checkout
  3. While you complete the payment you will be prompted to create an account (if you don’t have one), and you’ll receive an email to download your files
  4. Download the files
  5. After downloading the files, you can either airdrop to your iPad, or save your files on your Dropbox/Google Drive and then download to your device
  6. Then it’s time to open your planner in your favorite annotation app, remember you need an app to run the planner, just as you need a program to open Word or Excel files
  7. If you’re new to digital planning, watch the videos on the library to get started
  8. Start planning + enjoy!
